1. Overview & Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Reconditum ("Reconditum", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Reconditum website, digital startup products, web and mobile applications, content workflows, and related services (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing or using our Services, submitting an inquiry, or connecting a third-party social account through an authorized integration, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Services.

2. Scope of Reconditum Services

Reconditum operates as a startup software studio, European innovation & grant project partner, and technology-focused digital media publisher. Our Services include:

  • Web and mobile software applications developed and operated by Reconditum;
  • Authorized social media publishing, analytics, and creator workflow tools;
  • Digital platforms delivered within European Union innovation and educational programs;
  • Public informational websites, media showcases, and direct communication channels.

3. Eligibility & Acceptable Use

You must be at least 18 years old—or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction—to enter into a binding agreement or authorize third-party API connections with Reconditum. When using the Services, you agree not to:

  • Violate any applicable local, national, European Union, or international law or regulation;
  • Upload, publish, or transmit unlawful, infringing, deceptive, harmful, or malicious content;
  • Attempt to probe, reverse-engineer, disrupt, or bypass security controls of Reconditum or connected platforms;
  • Use automated scripts to scrape data or abuse rate limits across our web or API endpoints.

4. TikTok & Third-Party Platform Integrations

Certain Reconditum tools and workflows integrate with third-party platforms, including TikTok (such as TikTok Login Kit, Content Posting API, and Display API), Instagram, X, and Facebook via official OAuth 2.0 authorization.

When you connect your TikTok account or authorize a Reconditum application on TikTok, Reconditum only performs actions explicitly initiated or approved by you within the scopes you grant on TikTok's consent screen. You remain solely responsible for the media, captions, and metadata you choose to publish, and you agree to comply with TikTok's Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, and Developer Policies at all times.

You may revoke Reconditum's access to your TikTok account at any moment directly through your TikTok mobile or web settings (Settings and privacy → Security and permissions → Apps and services permissions) or by contacting info@reconditum.com.

5. Intellectual Property & User Content

All rights, title, and interest in the Reconditum name, the "R" monogram, visual emblems, software code, interface designs, and original editorial content belong exclusively to Reconditum or its licensors.

You retain full ownership of all videos, images, text, and materials that you create or upload through authorized Reconditum workflows. You grant Reconditum a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license solely as necessary to process, format, and transmit such content according to your explicit instructions.

6. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Reconditum does not warrant uninterrupted availability of external social platform APIs (including TikTok, Instagram, X, or Facebook), as third-party platforms may modify or restrict API endpoints at their discretion.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Reconditum shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the Services.

7. Termination, Updates & Governing Law

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or applicable platform policies. We may update these Terms periodically to reflect new features or regulatory requirements; updated versions take effect upon publication on this page with a revised date.

For any notices or questions regarding these Terms, please write to info@reconditum.com.
